Here are all our services: 
Beach with umbrellas and sunbeds (included in our all inclusive basis!): the beach is only 150 meters away, ideal for making the most of your day on the Riviera with your entire family.
All Inclusive Half Board Basis: including a super breakfast until 11 a.m. and dinner served at the table.
Private parking: included in the Club Formula. Even if you don't choose the Club Formula, parking is guaranteed (but for a fee).
Garden Bar: in the special and quiet atmosphere of our garden, you can enjoy an aperitif or take a moment to read your favorite book that you have been putting off for so long.
Heated swimming pool: suitable for the whole family and available for all our customers.
Large garden: where you can spend peaceful moments and benefit from the cool air you can enjoy under the large pine trees.
Music Lounge and welcome aperitifs in the garden: enjoy the picturesque location of our garden. The relaxing atmosphere is beautiful at any time of day, especially in the evening with the sky full of stars!

Back from the beach, a relaxing spot awaits you in our garden.
Our new 21m² pool, heated to 29°C and naturally shaded in the afternoon, is the perfect way to round out your day.

  • Water temperature 29°C: ideal even when the sea is cooler in May and September
  • Depth 1.20 meters: perfect for your kids
  • Relaxing waterfall: for a well-deserved moment of relaxation
  • Shaded in the afternoon: no need to look for a beach umbrella in August, sun protection is guaranteed ;)

  • BABY MENU: Availability of our Chef to prepare a dedicated menu to meet the needs of children.
  • MASCOT HOSPITALIA: Personalized plush toy, available for purchase upon arrival or departure, as a sweet memory of the holiday.
  • BIKE: Bikes with child seats available on site, allowing bike rides even with children.
  • PEDIATRICIAN AND PHARMACY SERVICE: A pharmacy and pediatrician service available on site if needed.

Parking

  • Reserved outdoor parking area: part of it is covered by sunshade sails and is reserved for customers who choose the "Club" formula
  •  Outdoor parking area: it is possible to book subject to availability; however, it is requested to leave the keys at the reception to possibly move the cars. The cost of this service starts from 15 euros per day 
  • City Parking Pass:  entitles you to park your car for the entire stay in the municipal spaces of the green and yellow area of Milano Marittima at a daily cost starting from 10.00 euros 
  •  Free parking: those who wish can instead choose to park for free at the “Scambiatore parking lot”, about 1 km from the hotel;
